At Beanteacher.com, our primary policy is to make our Customers Happy! Based on the number of repeat customers we've seen thus far from our auction experience, we're doing pretty well. However we won't rest on our laurels for one second.
We want your purchase experience to be happy, easy, and trouble-free. To that end, here are some of our store policies, clearly laid out for you to examine. In any case, if you still have questions, please contact us!

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to be happy with your purchase at Beanteacher.com. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want you contact us as soon as possible, to arrange for a prompt exchange or return. Beanteacher.com offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase.
Please note that all Returns must be authorized in advance, via e-mail, to customerservice@beanteacher.com. Items must be returned in re-saleable condition - this means the item is clean and undamaged, with original tags attached and original packaging intact.
Upon receipt of the return, we will promptly exchange it for another item of equal value, or provide an immediate refund, whichever you prefer. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Beanteacher.com utilizes a secure server for all on-line purchases. Orders may also be faxed in to us on a printed version of our order form. Our fax number is 310-787-7132.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express via a secure server using encryption for maximum safety.
We also accept payments via Paypal, a popular free payment intermediary service.
Money orders are also accepted. Money Orders should be payable in U.S. funds and made payable to: "BeanTeacher Hawaiian Style".
Personal Checks are accepted, but must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. Funds, and must be made out to "Beanteacher Hawaiian Style". Orders will be held until personal checks clear.
Cash is not accepted.
All purchases must be made in U.S. (United States) denominations.
We do accept international orders, but request that payment be made via the PayPal Service, or via International Money Order in U.S. Dollars. For security purposes, we do not accept cash payments from any location.
In certain instances, Beanteacher.com may contact a customer by telephone or by e-mail in order to confirm an order. Beanteacher.com reserves the right to decline order fulfillment to "at-risk" locations, or to customers who fail to provide unverifiable or unreliable contact information.
Beanteacher.com ships orders within the USA (50 States) and U.S. Territories via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges depend on the number of items purchased. For residents of the U.S.A. we charge based on geographic tier:
- For California, Washington State, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho, we charge a base fee of $4.00 + $2.50 per item ordered (in U.S. Dollars). So, if you buy one item, your shipping and handling fee would be $6.50. If you buy 2 items, your shipping and handling fee would be $9.00. 3 items would be $11.50, and so on.
- For all other States, we charge a base fee of $7.00 + $2.50 per item ordered (in U.S. Dollars). So, if you buy one item, your shipping and handling fee would be $9.50. If you buy 2 items, your shipping and handling fee would be $12.00. 3 items would be $14.50, and so on.
We ship to Canada via Priority
Mail International. For residents of Canada, we charge a base fee of
$17 + $4 per item (in U.S. Dollars).
International orders are accepted (see international order policies) - our shipping and handling charge for any orders will be $25.00 + $5.00 per item ordered (in U.S. Dollars), and items will be shipped via Priority Mail International. For orders of 3 shirts or more, international customers must contact Beanteacher.com for a shipping quotation.
For International orders, depending on final delivery destination, Beanteacher.com may also require that shipping insurance charges be added to the order.
We ship our orders within 48 hours after receiving payment.
Beanteacher.com does fulfill International orders. For International orders our shipping and handling charge for any orders will be $25.00 + $6.00 per item ordered (in U.S. Dollars), and items will be shipped via Priority Mail International. For orders of 3 shirts or more, international customers must contact Beanteacher.com for a shipping quotation.
We ship to Canada via Priority Mail International. For residents of Canada, we charge a base fee of $17 + $4 per item (in U.S. Dollars).
Beanteacher.com reserves the right to decline a transaction if it ascertains that shipments cannot be made safely and securely to an international destination.
Beanteacher.com may also require that certain international orders (depending on location) require additional shipping insurance charges.
